GlobalBroker.com will provide a gift card to any individual that refers a company to advertise their products and services in the Professional Directory. The value of the card will be equal to 10% of the total price paid by a company for their advertising package(s). Distribution of the gift card and accompanying remittance is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Individual must be identified as the referring cause by the company registering for a user account. This may be confirmed to GlobalBroker.com’s satisfaction during the user account registration process, verbally to an authorized representative of Globalbroker.com, or in writing by a signatory of the purchasing firm. GlobalBroker.com shall not limit the amount of referrals one individual may procure.
• The gift card shall be distributed with the initial documented referral. Referrals fees for all subsequent Advertising Packages shall be automatically uploaded to the existing card.
• Only one individual may be credited with each referred company that purchases an Advertising Package. Thus, if more than one individual refers the same company to GlobalBroker, GlobalBroker at its sole discretion will determine which individual is entitled to compensation under this program.
• GlobalBroker.com, at its sole discretion may periodically change the referral fee structure of the Gift Card program and also maintains the right to cancel the program without notification.
• Once referrals fees to any one individual exceed $500.00, the individual must provide Globalbroker.com with a W-9 form from the Internal Revenue Service. Referral payments exceeding $500.00 during any single calendar year will be reported to the IRS.
